Ms Gwenola Coupe, Search Director of Stanton Chase, started her
professional career in Asia since 1993. She was engaged in recruitment
and marketing activities for hotel and club opening projects in South
East Asia before she returned to Paris in 1999 to join the European
Headquarters of DiamondCluster Management Consulting as an
Office Manager. In 2005, Gwenola, returned to China as a Senior
Consultant of Talent Spheres, an executive search group. She later
joint Stanton Chase, where her clients benefited from her in-depth
knowledge and experience in various sectors of Fashion and Retail,
Pharmaceutical and Energy. She mostly focuses on Senior Executive
positions such as CEO, VP, Managing Director and General Manager;
covering crossed functions like Production, Sales & Marketing, Finance
and Human Resources.Having lived and worked in Asia and Europe,
Gwenola has solid cross-cultural experience. A French national,
Gwenola is fluent in French, English and Chinese. She holds a master
degree in Economics from Social Sciences University in France. Her
husband is a Chinese national and she has two children.
