“What kind of Staff is a Good Staff”- Mr.Hossein.NAFARI

Last Friday, October 24, 2008, RCU-CPD invited Mr. Hossein NAFARi, General Manager of Valeo Fawer Compressor (Changchun) Co., Ltd., for a talk on “What Kind of Staff is a Good Staff?”

As an experienced manager of different international enterprises, Mr. Hossein Nafari unselfishly shared his views and personal perception on the qualities of a good staff. He also cited the importance of self quality, work attitude and work efficiency which contribute to the totality of a good staff and an efficient employee.

In addition, he also motivated our students about his career experiences and urged them study hard and take every opportunity to learn what they can not only in school but also outside the school. According to him the best way to plan for your career is to take your studies seriously. The students gained a lot of wisdom from his excellent speech and positive advice.
