Field trip to Beijing 798 Art Exhibition

On March 23, 2009, RCU VC lecturers organized about 30 students for a visit to the Beijing 798 Art Exhibition, a world famous art gallery area. In the afternoon, they visited IKEA in Beijing, and then the Beijing Olympics Park，where they saw the Bird’s Nest and the Water Cube.  They were intensely impressed by the architectural designs, which are at the top level in the world.  

Through such excursions, the students much improve their knowledge and understanding of art and design.  They also learn more ways to express their ideas. It is very useful as a form of encouragement to the students to produce more excellent works of art in the future.
